Executives are people first. They face a myriad of difficult decisions in their roles on any given day, but never without some degree of uncertainty or insecurity. A healthy perspective can bridge the gap.

I offer executive and individual coaching and training designed to challenge deep-rooted habits and thoughts to nurture perspective and empower capability. Coaching is the proactive search for better, so conversations are tough, intimate and honest; two people committed to each other and engaged in the outcome.

I coach, I don’t coddle. I want the discussion to be uneasy, but comfortably so, to nurture a robust interaction that keeps people engaged. My role is to remind people of their greatness when they forget and challenge them to take action in spite of their fears, staying compassionately invested in them throughout.
